At City Alliance, we believe that God has given every believer Spiritual Gifts (1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12). You are most alive when you are using the gifts God has given you to serve others. The best way for you to get involved is by joining a team to serve. Our teams need a variety of men, women, and teens to Love God, Love Others, and Serve the World. Check out all our teams below.

Sunday Services

  • Our Connections Team creates a welcoming and enjoyable experience for Sunday Gatherings. You can serve in any of four areas: parking, greeting, making coffee, and seating.

  • Our prayer team is available for prayer during the response time at Sunday Gatherings so that people can receive individualized prayer as needed.   Shares and monitors prayer needs received in texts, City Groups and through the Deacon team.

  • Lights, camera and action! Help us bring God’s word to life through production for our LIVE services and our Online Experiences.

  • Are you a gifted musician or singer? Consider using your gifts to serve the Lord and lead our people into worship.

Kids & Youth

  • City Kids is our ministry to children & their families. We believe every child deserves to be loved unconditionally and have a safe place to learn about, question, and experience God's love. We create environments for children to play, make friends, sing songs, and learn the Gospel on their level. We would love for you to invest in the next generation.

    Volunteer Application

  • City Alliance Youth welcomes volunteers to invest in our students in multiple ways. You can serve on a regular basis at our youth gatherings, host events like dinners, movie and game nights, etc., chaperone retreats/events, or provide mentorship to our students.

    We seek to gather, engage, and equip our students to live out their faith now. Our leaders are tasked with holistic discipleship to our students to partner with the work God is doing in their lives and with parents to seek transformation with the Gospel.

Behind the Scenes

  • If you like meeting people’s tangible needs then this team is for you. There are a few different roles you can get involved in: helping people move, putting together care packages, cooking meals, coaching people in their finances, or organizing serving opportunities.

  • Church is no longer defined by physical locations. With Church online, we can reach anyone anywhere. Join our new Church Online team by welcoming those that come into our online space.

  • If you like to do things a little more hands on, this team helps get projects done around the building by assisting the Trustees.

  • The first person to ever be filled with the Holy Spirit in the Bible was a multimedia designer. We’re looking for men and women who have this gift and ability to help us tell stories and bring the Bible to life!

  • Our Hospitality Team creates a welcoming and enjoyable experience for Sunday Gatherings and church wide events that involve food and fellowship.

  • Do you have a gift of photography? We’re always looking for men and women with a great eye and love taking pictures.

  • If you have a passion for film and telling stories, this is the team for you.

Leadership

  • Our Deacons are servant leaders who point others to Christ through acts of generosity and prayer.

  • Our Trustees supervise and maintain the physical property of the church so that ministries can be effective and all legal requirements related to the property are satisfied.
