Parenting can feel like a constant tug-of-war—between protecting our kids and letting them grow, setting boundaries and building real relationship. From Control to Connection is a practical, hope-filled seminar that invites parents, grandparents, and caregivers into a grace-filled, Spirit-led approach to parenting that moves beyond fear and control toward deeper connection. Join Ron and Wanda Walborn as they share biblical wisdom, honest stories, and real-life tools to help you parent from trust instead of anxiety, understand how your own story shapes the way you parent, set healthy boundaries without shame, and create emotional safety where kids feel truly seen, heard, and loved. Whether you’re raising toddlers, teens, or adult children, you’ll leave encouraged, challenged, and equipped to cultivate meaningful connection in your home—starting right away.
Childcare spots are limited to 60 children, serving ages 6 months through 3rd grade. Be sure to register by January 25.

Parents Night Out
Bring your little ones for an evening of fun, food, and creativity!
On Friday, February 6th, from 6:00–8:00 PM, children ages 6 months through 5th grade will enjoy a kid-friendly meal, exciting games, and a special Valentine’s Day craft.
A suggested donation of $10 per child helps support CRU students on their spring missions trip. Be sure to register by Monday, February 2nd so we can have plenty of food and activities ready for everyone!

At City Alliance, we know that finding a church home and getting connected can sometimes feel overwhelming. Faith in Action - Chicago Mission Trip
Join us for an incredible Missions Trip to Chicago — a life-changing opportunity for our youth to step outside their comfort zones and experience God at work in a vibrant urban setting. From July 5–11, we will be ministering at the Chicago Envision Site of the CMA, partnering with Family Empowerment Centers to serve and support local communities. This trip will challenge, grow, and inspire students as they learn what it means to live out their faith through hands-on ministry, teamwork, and compassion.

Holy Spirit Weekend with Dr Rob Reimer
Many people have a good theology of the Holy Spirit but limited experience. In this Holy Spirit Weekend we will teach on things of the Spirit and then have a "lab time," an experiential environment where you practice walking in the things of the Spirit.
The Sunday service will have a focus on healing evangelism, where we invite you to invite friends and there will be ministry in prayer and anointing for healing.

City Kids Pumpkin Party

We’re excited to invite you and your teen to a special Youth Group Parent Dinner on Sunday, September 21, from 6–8 PM at City Alliance Church.
This event is designed to give parents a glimpse into what youth group looks like and to share some of our plans for the future. We also hope it will be a great opportunity to connect with other parents in our community.

Sojourner Truth Ministries Saturday Lunch
Sojourner Truth Ministries (STM) is a christian-faith based non-profit organization providing homelessness and hunger prevention services in Lycoming County. We are partnering with them by providing lunch on Saturday, July 12th.
There are two ways you can serve. You can sign up to make a donation of food or to help on the day of by preparing food, serving the people, and cleaning up. Our team leader, Don Baumann, will reach out to coordinate additional details.
This is a great opportunity to serve those in need in our community and to transform Williamsport with the Gospel for the glory of God and the good of the city!

Baptism is a powerful opportunity to proclaim what God has done for us and to symbolize that we have died to the ways of the world and are now alive in Christ!

City Kids Easter Egg Hunt
Bring your whole family out for an Easter Egg Hunt we are hosting at Flanigan Park located 33 Memorial Ave. Williamsport, PA 17701 on April 5th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
We will have Easter egg hunts based on age for children up to 5th grade. In addition, we have an Easter craft planned that will help prepare our hearts to celebrate Resurrection Sunday. Feel free to invite friends but remember to register so that we have enough materials for all of the children attending.
In case of rain, the event will be moved to City Alliance Church. All registrants will receive an email if the event is relocated to the church.
