Nithin Thompson
Lead Pastor
Nithin has the honor of serving as the Lead Pastor at City Alliance Church. He’s been preaching, teaching, and pastoring for almost 20 years. He’s married to his wife Jackie and has two kids, Selah and Wesley. When not preaching, he loves to read, play guitar, adventure with family, and try new and exotic foods.

Steve Chapple
Associate Pastor
Steve grew up just outside of Pittsburgh so Pennsylvania has almost always been home. He met his wife Amanda at Nyack College (Alliance University) and now they have three awesome boys! Steve was a pastor in student ministries for 17 years before joining City Alliance in 2023. He loves playing sports (especially basketball), family movie nights, grilling and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers! He enjoys hanging out with family and friends.
